General Terms and Conditions – Ordering ConditionsPurchase Contract

By using our website, you – as the user – accept the following General Terms and Conditions.
The Offeror is DH Invest Ltd, No5 Dormans Park Road,EastWest Sussex,Grinstead,United Kingdom RH19 2EN Company registration number: 11866630 (hereinafter: the “Offeror”). DH Invest Ltd is responsible for the operation and regular maintenance of the website and for fair online trading practices.

A contract is concluded between the Customer and the Offeror. The Customer orders the products offered in the online store operated by the Offeror at www.hairmedicate.com. After the order has been submitted, the Offeror will dispatch the goods ordered by the Customer by post or via a courier service, against payment made using the payment method selected by the Customer.

The contract for the delivery of the products offered is concluded at the Offeror in the case of factual conformity, without the Offeror making any separate declaration to the Customer who has submitted the contractual offer, and the Customer hereby waives the need for any express statement of acceptance. The Offeror informs the Customer of the acceptance of the contractual offer at the e-mail address provided by the Customer, or at the latest by the actual delivery of the ordered goods. The contract with regard to the ordered goods is concluded upon receipt of the goods and payment of the purchase price for the ordered goods.

Right of Withdrawal

Depending on the type of product purchased, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, but no later than from the date of sending your order. You exercise your right of withdrawal within the time limit if you send your withdrawal/cancellation statement before the expiry of this deadline. The following conditions must be met: the goods must not be damaged, used or opened.

The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Buyer shall also bear any damages arising during return shipment that result from improper packaging of the goods. The Buyer shall also bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the product if they exercise their right of withdrawal at a time when the product has already been handed over to the courier service or when delivery of the product has otherwise commenced in such a way that the product has left the Seller’s possession.

Price / Consideration

The Customer may pay the price (consideration) communicated by the Offeror exclusively in (EUR). The prices shown on the website at the time of ordering shall apply. Payment may be made by cash on delivery via the postal service. In the event of a return, the Offeror will only refund the price of the product. Incorrect or faulty delivery is, of course, an exception to this rule.

The fee referred to as a shipping fee, parcel dispatch or cash-on-delivery fee, which includes additional services, covers the costs of packaging and posting, other administrative costs and value added tax. The exact amount of this fee is communicated to the Customer at the time of ordering. In addition to the net value of the goods, these items will also be shown on the invoice.

General Conditions

The Offeror guarantees that, at the time of posting, the product that is the subject of the contract has the properties specified in the Ltd.’s offer, and does not have any defects that would reduce or exclude its value or its suitability for proper use. In the event of incomplete delivery, upon notification by the Customer, the Offeror will promptly arrange subsequent delivery. In other cases, the Offeror is entitled to replace the incomplete goods or provide substitute delivery. In the unlikely event that satisfactory delivery does not take place even after repeated attempts, the Customer is entitled to reduce the purchase price or to withdraw from the contract.

Immediately upon receipt of the goods, but no later than within 8 days of receipt, the Customer must inspect the completeness of the delivery and any possible defects, and must notify the Offeror of any discrepancies without delay.

The legal relationship between the Offeror and the Customers, as well as these business terms and conditions, shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian legislation, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code and related laws and regulations. In the event of quality-related complaints by the Customer, the applicable consumer protection legislation shall apply, in particular the provisions of Decree 49/2003. (VII.30.) GKM on the handling of warranty and guarantee claims enforced within the framework of consumer contracts. For distance contracts, the special provisions of Government Decree 17/1999. (II.5.) on distance contracts shall apply.

The place of performance for delivery and payment is the registered office of the Offeror: No5 Dormans Park Road,EastWest Sussex,Grinstead,United Kingdom RH19 2EN. Should any provision of this contract be or become partly or wholly invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts of the contract. In such a case, the parties are obliged to agree on a valid regulation to replace the invalid provision that, to the extent legally possible, best reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision and the interests declared by the parties in this contract. The same shall apply if the contract contains a legal gap that was not foreseen by the parties.

Right to Amend

Naturally, any ongoing transactions will not be affected by such changes. Lack of knowledge of the provisions set out herein cannot serve as grounds for any claim or argument.
